“What I learned from that is this; that if it’s one persons lone idea and if no one else owns the idea, it’s probably going to go away.” This was the key lesson that Kaleb Rashad, Director of High Tech High, learned after his years of striving for great things at his old school he worked at prior to High Tech High.
